Cancellation policy

When you place your order and confirm it upon delivery, we will acknowledge it . This acknowledgement does not confirm acceptance of your order.

We may contact you to inform you that we do not accept your order for reasons such as:

(a) the goods are unavailable

(b) your payment method is not accepted

(c) you are ineligible to purchase the goods

d) regulatory restrictions prevent us from selling the goods to you

(e) excessive quantity ordered

(f) pricing or description errors

You may cancel your order any time before confirming acceptance upon delivery.  If you cancel within seven days after receiving the goods, you will be responsible for the initial delivery cost and returning the products to us at your expense.  Returned goods must reach our Dispatch Depot unopened and undamaged.
